Major Responsibilities: Oversee the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Act as the primary contact for employee relations, fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Ensure adherence to Bangladesh labor laws, maintain accurate HR records, and manage payroll and benefits. Implement and communicate HR policies aligned with organizational goals and best practices.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
  • Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queries
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management, fostering a positive work culture

Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plans
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and performance issues

HR Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments

HR Policies & Procedures

  • Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals
  • Ensure that HR policies are communicated effectively to all employees
