Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be the architect of our people-first culture. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of hospital staff.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job descriptions.
Ensure recruitment complies with hospital policies and relevant labor laws.
2. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
Facilitate communication between management and staff.
3. Performance Management
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in conducting evaluations and setting development plans.
Monitor employee performance and address issues promptly.
4. Training and Development
Identify training needs and organize staff development programs.
Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires.
Track and maintain records of employee certifications and mandatory training.
5. Compliance and Record Keeping
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare HR reports for management review.
6. Compensation and Benefits
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Handle employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, and leave entitlements.
7. Policy Implementation
Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Communicate policy changes and ensure staff adherence.
8. Health & Safety
Promote workplace health and safety standards.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a safe working environment.
