Job Summary:

  • The HR Manager will be the architect of our people-first culture. Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of hospital staff.

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job descriptions.

  • Ensure recruitment complies with hospital policies and relevant labor laws.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Facilitate communication between management and staff.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.

  • Support managers in conducting evaluations and setting development plans.

  • Monitor employee performance and address issues promptly.

4. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and organize staff development programs.

  • Coordinate orientation sessions for new hires.

  • Track and maintain records of employee certifications and mandatory training.

5. Compliance and Record Keeping

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.

  • Prepare HR reports for management review.

6. Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

  • Handle employee inquiries related to salary, benefits, and leave entitlements.

7. Policy Implementation

  • Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

  • Communicate policy changes and ensure staff adherence.

8. Health & Safety

  • Promote workplace health and safety standards.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a safe working environment.
