Responsibilities & Context:
*Manage full-cycle hiring for both salon staff (Stylists, Technicians) and institute staff (Trainers, Admin).
*Administration: Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and maintain accurate employee records.
*Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and company HR policies.
*Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and promote a positive work culture.
*Performance & Development: Implement performance management systems and coordinate necessary staff training.
