Responsibilities & Context:
Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Female Branch Incharge to lead our Beauty Training Institute. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in academic counseling and branch operations, preferably with experience in IELTS centers, Consultancy firms, Coaching centers, or EdTech platforms like 10 Minute School.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations: Oversee daily branch activities, ensuring smooth training sessions and student satisfaction.
- Counseling & Conversion: Guide prospective students about our beauty courses and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the trainers and front-desk staff to meet monthly targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with students and parents (if applicable).
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on branch performance and student enrollment.
