Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma
• Masters

• Bachelor Graphic designing, Visual communication or relevance field;
• Course in Graphics Designing, Video editing, Animation, Adobe etc. will prefer.

• 5 to 7 years

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Experience minimum 05 years require;
• Proficiency in Adobe create suit (like Photoshop, Illustrator, In design, Figma, Core design etc;
• Strong expertise and knowledge in color theory, designs and branding;
• Applicants should have highly expert and experienced in Digital expert and social media expert in Beauty Parlor/Salon/training institutes as CS (Customer Service), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Call Center, Consultancy firms,
• Experienced in social media creative, print production etc;
• Proven experience or good knowledge in Beauty parlor/Salon/training institute or any other consultancy firms will added as advantage;
• Ability handle multitasks, working under pressure & should be maintain Social Media pages & platforms, making video & adds with creativity & as in very professional way;
• Well energetic and creative thinker;
• Have to flexible to work evening, weekends & holidays if required (For work in weekend overtime will provide);

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Senior Executive – Graphic Designing for lead and execute our ‘London Gents Parlor’ And ‘Beauty Training Institute’ units design projects. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and design marketing materials, digital creatives, branding assets and content that elevate the organization’s visual identity. This role requires strong design expertise, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Candidate who have expertise and good knowledge in Beauty Salon and Beauty Training Institute will added as advantage.

Office Hour: 10:00AM to 07:00.

Working days: 06 days in week (Work at office).

Weekend: Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and content creation:

• Develop high-impact graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a wide range of materials, including social media, websites of our Beauty Salons and Beauty Training Institutes;
• Highly expert in motion graphics, animations and video content using software like After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Collaboration and strategy:

• Work closely with a management, Sales and marketing, Coordinator/Managers and other teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling visuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure design goals are met.

Creative and brand leadership:

• Lead the creative development of complex design projects and maintain brand consistency across all touch-points.
• Execute creative work aligned with brand/Salon/Institute guidelines and campaign strategies.

Technical and trend awareness:

• Need to stay focused with the latest design trends, tools and best practices in digital and motion graphics;
• Maintain a high level of proficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
