We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to join our team. In this role, you will be working across multiple client projects simultaneously, producing polished, professional video content tailored to a wide variety of audiences and purposes. This is not a single-brand position — you will be expected to adapt your creative style, workflow, and tone to suit each client’s unique needs, making versatility and consistency equally important.

A core part of your responsibilities will involve creating animated map visuals — think detailed geopolitical sequences, regional overviews, territory illustrations, and data-driven geographic storytelling. You should be comfortable working with map-based compositions and bringing geographic narratives to life through fluid, purposeful motion. Alongside this, you will be crafting short-form video content optimized for digital platforms, where pacing, hook, and visual impact are everything.

What You Will Be Doing

•     Edit and produce short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Instagram, and TikTok — sharp, engaging, and platform-appropriate every time.

•     Design and animate motion graphics from scratch: titles, transitions, infographics, kinetic text, and more, with a strong eye for timing and visual hierarchy.

•     Create animated map productions — visualizing geopolitical themes, regional narratives, and geographic data through expressive and informative motion design.

•     Take creative briefs from our team and translate them into compelling visual stories across multiple client accounts.

•     Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines without compromising on quality or creativity.

•     Proactively suggest creative improvements and contribute ideas that elevate every project you touch.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in video editing paired with genuine expertise in motion graphics and animated map creation. You should have at least two years of hands-on experience in a professional video editing environment, preferably in an agency or multi-client setting. Your portfolio should demonstrate a confident range — from fast-paced short-form edits to detailed motion graphic compositions and animated geographic content.

Proficiency in industry-standard tools is a must. We value self-starters who can take a brief and run with it, communicate proactively, and consistently deliver work they are proud of. Key requirements include:

•     Strong expertise in map animation — geopolitical sequences, territory visuals, and geographic storytelling.

•     Proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.

•     Solid editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

•     Experience creating short-form content for social media platforms.

•     Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and pacing.

•     Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

•     Bonus: Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop skills for custom asset creation.
