Responsibilities & Context:

Kumon is the world's largest after-school math & reading program that helps children to become confident self-learners. BRAC Kumon Limited, an initiative of BRAC & Kumon, operates this revolutionary method in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end video content creation — ideation, scripting, shooting (DSLR/mobile), and editing — especially for parent, student testimonials and center activity

• Develop engaging short-form video concepts aligned with brand and campaigns; ensure strong storytelling and platform optimization.

• Design neat, clean creatives maintaining visual consistency.

• Write clear, compelling captions and scripts in Bangla, English, and Banglish; handle Eng–Ban / Ban–Eng translation with brand alignment.

• Use AI tools effectively for ideation and copy; demonstrate strong copywriting ability.

• Manage content calendar, scheduling, publishing, and content coordination and track performance

• Collaborate with internal teams/agencies to ensure consistency.

Preference:

1. Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

2. Proven video content creators with hands-on shooting/editing experience (Minimum 1 year) will be given preference.
