Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning in coordination with department heads in alignment with organizational goals and reporting timelines.
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to evaluate business opportunities, projects, and major investments, including ROI, sensitivity, and risk analysis.
Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports by maintaining accuracy and timeliness to support strategic management decisions.
Conduct financial and operational analysis on revenue, costs and profitability to support pricing, expansion, and cost optimization decisions
Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies, international accounting standards, and internal control requirements while coordinating with internal and external auditors and identify financial risks and recommend effective mitigation measures.
Support ERP and financial system enhancements related to planning and reporting initiatives and strengthen financial planning and reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.
Ensure the safety of participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the company's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
