Job Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong sense of branding, layout, typography, social media design, and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, stories, banners, ads, and campaign visuals.

• Create brochures, posters, flyers, pitch decks, invitations, certificates, and print materials.

• Develop branding and event-based design layouts.

• Prepare final files for digital and print use.

• Support mood boards, creative references, and visual ideas.

• Assist with basic photo editing and simple motion graphics.

• Maintain organized design files and archives.

• Work with the team and complete tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills & Tools

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe InDesign

• Basic Adobe After Effects will be an advantage

• Basic Meta Business Suite format knowledge will be appreciated

• Good sense of layout, typography, color, branding, and composition

Additional Requirements

• Portfolio is required.

• Must be responsible, organized, and open to feedback.

• Full-time, on-site position.

• 6 days/week work schedule.

Salary & Terms

• Probation Period: 4 months

• Probation Salary: BDT 12,000/month

• After Confirmation: BDT 20,000/month

• Confirmation depends on performance, design quality, and work attitude.
