. Experience in retail shops or sales management is preferred.

·       Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the branch efficiently.

·       Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure standard customer service.

·       Ensure the branch/showroom is well-decorated, organized, and clean.

·       Keep accurate and daily/weekly/monthly records of sales, cash flow, and expenses.

·       Supervise, guide, and motivate the subordinate salespeople to ensure teamwork.

·       Take active initiatives to meet monthly sales targets.
