Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor inventory levels across all showrooms and warehouses.
- Identify slow-moving items and develop strategies for their redistribution.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team to optimize stock levels based on demand.
- Organize and oversee the transfer of products between showrooms and warehouses.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient distribution.
- Maintain accurate records of all products, including SKU, quantity, and location.
- Implement systems for efficient product tracking and retrieval.
- Oversee product quality control procedures.Generate regular reports on inventory levels, product movement, and sales performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer preferences and market trends.
- Work closely with warehouse staff and showroom managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor staff on inventory management procedures.
