• Strong professional portfolio is mandatory.

• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skill is required.

• Must be able to work on-site in Banani, 6 days/week.

• Must be able to join immediately or within 7 days.

• Experience in agency/content production is preferred.

• Animation or motion graphics skill is a plus, but not mandatory.

Upnatives is hiring an expert-level Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site role in Banani, Dhaka. We are looking for someone who is highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and can work independently in a fast-paced creative agency environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating clean, contemporary, and professional design materials for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create social media designs, posters, banners, campaign visuals, and marketing materials.

• Develop branding materials, logo concepts, visual identities, and layout designs.

• Prepare print-ready files for posters, brochures, banners, stationery, and other materials.

• Work mainly with Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or Figma will be an advantage.

• Understand creative briefs quickly and turn them into strong visual outputs.

• Maintain proper typography, layout, color balance, and visual hierarchy.

• Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the creative team and clients.

• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines.

• Keep design files organized and prepare final deliverables properly.

• Collaborate with content creators, strategists, and other team members.

Work Context:

This is a full-time, on-site position in Banani.
Work schedule: 6 days per week.
We need someone who can join immediately or within 7 days.
A strong design portfolio is mandatory.

Animation or motion graphics skill is not mandatory, but candidates with After Effects or motion graphics experience will be considered separately as an added advantage.
