Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate property sales leads.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Design high-quality marketing materials, including social media creatives, brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, newspaper advertisements, company profiles, and project presentations.

• Create engaging graphics, motion graphics, reels, and promotional videos for digital marketing campaigns.

• Manage and update the company website, ensuring project information, news, and promotional content remain current.

• Optimize website performance through SEO and monitor traffic using Google Analytics and other digital tools.

• Prepare creative content, captions, advertisements, and promotional materials in both Bangla and English.

• Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Management teams to support marketing campaigns and project launches.

• Edit and enhance photographs and videos of projects, construction progress, and corporate events.

• Maintain a consistent corporate brand identity across all online and offline marketing materials.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports with recommendations for improvement.

• Conduct competitor analysis and research market trends to identify new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with printers, advertising agencies, photographers, videographers, and digital marketing vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

• Support property fairs, customer events, project inaugurations, and other promotional activities.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, design techniques, and social media best practices.
