To strengthen the corporate brand, scale up the group's online presence across all sister concerns, and drive measurable engagement with customers, retailers, and international buyers, we are seeking a result-oriented Senior Officer/Assistant Manager (Brand Promotion & Online Digital Marketing). The incumbent will be based at the Group Head Office in Baridhara, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Promotion: Develop and execute integrated brand-promotion plans for Nasir Group and all sister concerns to build top-of-mind recall, ensure consistent brand identity across every touch-point, and translate corporate objectives into 360° go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.
Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X; manage paid social campaigns end-to-end; grow follower base, engagement rate, and share-of-voice against benchmark competitors.
Online Engagement & Community Management: Lead day-to-day customer engagement, reply to comments/DMs/reviews within agreed SLAs, manage online reputation, monitor brand mentions, and convert positive engagement into leads, advocacy, and user-generated content.
Web Development & Maintenance: Own the design, development, hosting, security, and continuous improvement of the corporate website and all product micro-sites; coordinate with internal developers and external vendors; ensure mobile responsiveness, page-speed optimization, accessibility, SSL, and uptime.
Paid Digital & Performance Marketing: Plan, set up, and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Meta Ads campaigns; manage media budgets; track CPL, CPA, ROAS, and full-funnel conversions; perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
E-Commerce & Marketplace Promotion: Coordinate with the e-commerce team to promote products on the company's own platform and external marketplaces (Daraz, Pickaboo, Facebook Shop, etc.) including listings, campaigns, banners, and seasonal offers.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite; deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights to senior management; benchmark against industry KPIs.
Influencer, PR & Partnership Marketing: Identify, on-board, and manage influencers, content creators, and digital PR partners; negotiate commercial terms; ensure compliance with brand guidelines and Bangladesh advertising codes.
Crisis & Reputation Management: Monitor potential PR risks across digital platforms; draft response protocols; coordinate with corporate communications and HR for any sensitive issue.
Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensure all digital activities comply with Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) guidelines, Digital Security Act, copyright law, data-privacy principles, and platform-specific policies.
