We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Product Development Architect to design and develop market-driven furniture products in collaboration with the Production, Business Development, and Marketing teams.
Job Location: Bhulta, Narayanganj
This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the complete product development process—from concept and design to prototype and production—while driving innovation and enhancing Regal Furniture's product portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop new furniture products based on market trends, customer requirements, and business strategy.
Prepare concept sketches, 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and production-ready technical drawings.
Collaborate closely with the Production team to ensure product designs are feasible for manufacturing.
Develop product specifications, material selections, dimensions, hardware details, and finishing standards.
Create prototypes and coordinate product sampling, testing, and design validation.
Work with Business Development and Sales teams to understand customer needs and convert ideas into products.
Conduct design improvements for existing furniture to enhance quality, functionality, and production efficiency.
Maintain design documentation, product specifications, and revision records.
