Responsibilities & Context:
Calculate heating and cooling loads using software tools (Trace, HAP, Excel, Etc.)
Work under the guidance of HVAC engineers to develop and refine designs.
Create detailed HVAC layout drawings, including ductwork, piping, equipment placement, and control diagrams.
Draft plans, sections, and elevations using CAD software like AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), or other drafting tools.
Prepare as-built drawings after project completion, reflecting all field modifications.
