Responsibilities & Context:

AI-Powered Creative Transformation

  • Integrate AI into the creative workflow to significantly improve productivity and creative quality.

  • Utilize AI platforms to generate concepts, visual assets, advertising creatives, videos, presentations, scripts, product visualization, and marketing materials.

  • Build AI-driven creative workflows for design, video, copywriting, presentations, and campaign development.

  • Develop prompt libraries, creative templates, and best practices for team-wide AI adoption.

  • Continuously experiment with new AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Define and execute the company's creative vision across all communication platforms.

  • Lead the development of high-impact brand campaigns, product launches, and corporate communication initiatives.

  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across digital, print, retail, events, and multimedia platforms.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire designers, copywriters, motion graphic artists, video editors, photographers, and other creative professionals.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance creative environment.

  • Coach team members on integrating AI tools into their daily workflow.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Conceptualize and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Digital teams.

  • Manage external agencies, production partners, and creative vendors where required.
