Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content based on the content calendar.

• Write compelling captions, campaign copies, and other marketing content.

• Develop creative ideas and video scripts for social media campaigns.

• Create basic graphic designs using Canva and AI-powered design tools, and edit short-form videos using CapCut for social media content.

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms.

• Track social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare performance reports.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media strategies.

• Contribute creative ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, Diploma or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent written communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

• Experience with Meta Business Suite and Canva is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and content performance tracking.

• Creative mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience in the Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, or E-commerce industry will be considered an added advantage.

Office Hours

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
