• Develop premium-quality social media designs, campaign graphics, posters, carousels, reels thumbnails, and motion-ready visuals.

• Create brand-consistent marketing materials including brochures, banners, email graphics, presentation slides, and event branding.

• Design visual concepts for global education promotions (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe).

• Collaborate closely with Marketing & Creative Team to plan monthly design calendars.

• Work on ad creatives optimized for Meta, YouTube & Google Display campaigns.

• Ability to think strategically, adapt brand guidelines, and produce ideas that stand out from the industry crowd.

• kUnderstand color psychology, typography rules, layout balance, negative spacing, and visual storytelling.

• Ensure all final outputs are print-ready & web-ready, following proper sizes, resolutions, and export standards.
