Job Summary:
The Hospital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance the hospital’s visibility, attract new patients, and strengthen its reputation in the community. This role involves managing brand positioning, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, patient engagement programs, and referral partnerships. Working closely with hospital leadership and clinical teams, the Marketing Manager ensures that all promotional efforts align with organizational goals and effectively communicate the value of the hospital’s services to target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Lead Marketing Strategy
Design and execute marketing plans to increase patient flow and brand visibility
Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors
Align all marketing efforts with hospital goals and leadership direction
2. Strengthen Brand & Public Image
Maintain a consistent, positive hospital brand across all channels
Handle media coverage, press releases, and public statements
Represent the hospital in community programs, events, and sponsorships
3. Manage Digital & Traditional Campaigns
Oversee social media, website, SEO, and online ads
Run traditional campaigns via print, billboards, radio, and brochures
Track and report performance, ROI, and patient engagement
4. Boost Patient Engagement & Communication
Launch outreach programs to retain and satisfy patients
Create patient-friendly materials like newsletters and info leaflets
Ensure all communication reflects care, empathy, and trust
5. Promote Clinical Services
Partner with departments to highlight key services and technologies
Launch targeted campaigns for new services or specialties
6. Build Referral Network
Strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, and referral sources
Organize CMEs, meetups, and doctor engagement programs
7. Handle Budget & Vendors
Plan, track, and optimize the marketing budget
Coordinate with designers, ad agencies, printers, and media partners
8. Enhance Internal Communication
Promote internal news, milestones, and team success stories
Run employee engagement and internal branding campaigns
