Experience:
Bachelor`s Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing or related major.
Excellent academic background will be considered as value adding criteria.
Knowledge of glass manufacturing processes and technologies.
Professional Certifications Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing 360, etc will be preferred.
Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts.
Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Strategic planning skills Strong organizational skills.

Experience Requirements:
Proven 5+ years of experience as Sales & Marketing Manager or a similar role.
Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the manufacturing or glass industry.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire the sales force, implement effective sales and marketing strategies, and ensure consistent business growth. Job Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and guide the sales team within the assigned region to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor daily sales activities, provide directions, and take strategic decisions to achieve monthly and yearly business goals.
Ensure strong coordination with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth business execution.
Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and potential growth sectors.
Explore and generate new clients specifically within the glass business industry.
Plan and implement effective business development initiatives to expand market coverage.
Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service, communication, and problem resolution.
Maintain regular communication with key clients to support long-term business partnerships.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with company objectives.
Execute marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and market penetration.
Track sales performance closely and take necessary corrective actions to meet targets.
Develop professional corporate presentations, sales pitches, and product proposals.
Participate in tender meetings, discussions, and negotiations with clients and stakeholders.
Assist the management with brand-building initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, distribution models, and promotional strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to management for pricing and positioning decisions.
Identify market gaps and support the formulation of effective marketing strategies.
Must possess strong knowledge of the glass market, including products, customer segments, dealer networks, and pricing dynamics.
Leverage industry expertise to introduce innovative strategies and expand market share.
Motivate, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management regarding sales status, market updates, and upcoming business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
T/A, D/A, Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Provident fund Group Insurance etc.
Salary Review: Yearly.
Festival Bonus: 3 times (Yearly).
