Experience Requirements:

  • Proven 3+ years of experience as Sales & Marketing Manager or a similar role.

  • Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the manufacturing or glass industry.

  • A proven track record in marketing and sales



Responsibilities & Context:

Report to: Head of Sales of Marketing

Position Summary:

  • We are seeking a self-driven and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive/Sr. Executive to support our business development and market expansion activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for regular market visits, dealer/customer management, new client acquisition, and providing market insights to management. Candidates with hands-on experience in the Glass market and strong interpersonal communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular market visits within assigned territories (dealers, distributors, retailers).

  • Ensure updated knowledge about market conditions, stock levels, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  • Identify potential business areas and propose action plans to increase sales and coverage.

  • Identify and onboard new customers, dealers, and business partners.

  • Prepare and present product offerings to potential clients to secure new business opportunities.

  • Maintain strong professional relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and retailers.

  • Provide effective after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Resolve market-level issues promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor movements, pricing, and promotional activities.

  • Share timely updates and insights with the Line Manager for strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update management as required.

  • Support the execution of promotions, campaigns, and activation programs in the assigned area.

  • Ensure proper visibility of company products in the market and monitor merchandising activities.

  • Assist the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Must have practical experience in the Glass industry, including product knowledge, customer segments, and territory dynamics.

  • Apply industry insights to drive sales growth and build new business avenues.

  • Work as an effective team player and coordinate with cross-functional departments (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Accounts).

  • Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude to support team performance.

  • Any other kind of task that management may require to be done
