We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales operations, marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and commercial property leasing initiatives, ensuring strong revenue performance and market positioning.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.

  • Lead and manage all digital marketing activities, including social media, online campaigns, and lead generation.

  • Drive property sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.

  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for commercial property rentals/leasing.

  • Develop campaigns to promote commercial spaces and increase occupancy rates.

  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales & marketing team.

  • Manage the full lead funnel from generation to conversion.

  • Oversee branding, positioning, and promotional campaigns for all projects.

  • Monitor and optimize marketing performance, ROI, and sales KPIs.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
