We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team and seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional who is willing to work in a challenging and target-driven environment and has strong expertise in apartment sales and commercial space rental / leasing.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective client handling and follow-up.

  • Generate sales of residential apartments and manage commercial space rentals/leasing.

  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Actively source new customers through calls, meetings, site visits, and networking.

  • Conduct regular project visits and client meetings to drive conversions.

  • Handle and follow up on sales inquiries based on customer requirements.

  • Develop and support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

  • Maintain and update customer database/CRM accurately.

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and client visit reports.

  • Stay updated with project details, features, pricing, and market trends.

  • Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth sales operations.
