• Expertise in fair-face concrete, cladding systems, and high-end finishing standards.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project/Primavera (preferred), and reporting tools.

• Ability to interpret structural & architectural drawings with precision.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Must have a motorcycle with a valid driving license for site mobility.

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead on-site execution, ensure strict quality control, and coordinate multidisciplinary construction activities in line with project timelines and technical specifications.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules (baseline vs. actual progress) using bar charts/CPM methods.

• Plan and control construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.

• Supervise structural works (RCC), masonry, and high-quality finishing works as per drawings and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with BNBC, safety standards, and approved design drawings.

• Conduct quality assurance (QA/QC) checks including material inspection, workmanship verification, and testing compliance.

• Review shop drawings, method statements, and BOQs for execution alignment.

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors for technical resolution.

• Monitor site productivity, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance.

• Identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks; implement corrective and preventive action plans.

• Maintain site documentation, progress reports, DPRs, and MIS reporting.

• Ensure proper implementation of finishing details including fair-face concrete, cladding, and architectural works.

• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards on-site.
