Mariners Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh for a renowned company.

Responsibilities:

• To lead and oversee sales, taking full responsibility for achieving sales targets and operational efficiency.

• Planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, controlling, reviewing and reporting overall activities of the assigned Sales Operations as per management requirements.

• Identifying sales opportunities and reaching out to new clients.

• Achieving the sales target.

• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor the monthly sales performance of all regions and take necessary action in case of deviations from the target.

• Distribute the daily sales target and achieve it.

• Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staff.

• Scheduling the movement of sales staff and monitoring their progress.

• Counseling and disciplining sales staff.

• Visit the dealer point/distributor point/shops when required.

• Training employees with sales software systems.

• Encouraging employees with digital operations.
