What You'll Do

Sales Conversations

• Respond to customer inquiries on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp promptly, warmly, and in Bangla & Englis (Bangla for concepts, English for product/technical terms)

• Answer product questions, explain features, pricing, and delivery — and confidently close orders

• Make outbound phone calls to confirm orders, resolve hesitation, and recover abandoned inquiries

Lead & Customer Recovery

• Systematically follow up with leads who inquired but never ordered ("ghost leads")

• Send structured reminder messages to existing customers for repeat purchases, restocks, and relevant new products

• Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to segments of our customer base (with guidance on messaging and timing)

• Track who's been contacted, what was said, and the outcome — no lead falls through the cracks

Order & Data Management

• Log every conversation and order accurately in our order management system (Nuport)

• Flag recurring customer questions, objections, or complaints to the team so we can fix root causes

• Maintain an organized, up-to-date record of customer contact history

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent in Bangla and comfortable writing in Banglish exactly the way BWB communicates with customers

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telesales — e-commerce or F-commerce (Facebook commerce) experience is a strong plus

• Comfortable on the phone — confident, polite, persistent without being pushy

• Organized and consistent — someone who will actually work through a follow-up list every day, not just when it's convenient

• Basic comfort with smartphones, WhatsApp Business, and simple spreadsheets/order tools

• Patient and warm with customers, especially parents — our audience is mostly mothers making decisions for their children

• Self-motivated — able to work with minimal supervision once trained

Nice to have: experience with Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business API tools (Interakt, AiSensy, or similar), or prior work in the baby/kids product category.
