Responsibilities & Context:
Handle customer queries via Facebook page, WhatsApp, website chat, and phone calls
Support customers with product information, pricing, delivery timelines, and order placement
Confirm orders and coordinate with delivery/operations team
Follow up with customers to ensure smooth delivery and satisfaction
Assist with basic order records, daily updates, and reporting
Support campaign/promotional sales activities (as needed)
