Responsibilities & Context:
Tamai Lifestyle is looking for a smart, responsible and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to manage and grow the online sales activities of Tamai Lungi.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and orders through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp and the company website.
• Communicate with customers professionally and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Provide accurate information regarding product price, size, color, design, availability and delivery.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain effective communication to increase conversion rates.
• Process and confirm online orders accurately and coordinate with the relevant team for packing and delivery.
• Maintain records of daily online orders, confirmed sales, cancellations and customer inquiries.
• Follow up on pending and incomplete orders when required.
• Assist customers with order-related issues and provide after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the showroom, inventory and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and website messages regularly and ensure quick response to customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of the Tamai brand while communicating with customers.
