1. Setting & Achieving Sales Targets
Set sales goals for the assigned area

2. Managing the Sales Team

4. Distribution Management
Ensure products are available in the market
Maintain relationships with dealers and distributors
5. Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
