Develop and execute annual and long-term business development strategies.
Identify opportunities within Commercial, Industrial, Institutional (C&I) and Government sectors.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Oversee major presentations, negotiations, and high-value deal closures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
Monitor competitors, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies.
