Shopan Plastic Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead, develop, and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. The incumbent will oversee the nationwide sales team, distribution channels, and market expansion initiatives to strengthen the company’s position as a leading plastic manufacturer in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share.
Lead, motivate, and manage the entire sales team, ensuring optimal performance through clear targets, training, and development initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, dealers, and stakeholders.
Monitor and achieve sales budget, forecasts, and profitability targets.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to top management regularly.
Ensure effective collection strategies to minimize outstanding dues and improve cash flow.
Establish pricing strategies in consultation with management to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and ethical business practices.
