Role Summary (Read Carefully)
You will own paid lead generation for eSaviour Limited.
Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads from Amazon FBA sellers using:
· Meta Lead Ads (core channel)
· Google Search & YouTube Ads (supporting channels)
· Basic LinkedIn Ads strategy (optional execution)
Your success will be measured by lead quality, CPL efficiency, and consistency, not vanity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
1) Meta Ads – Lead Generation (Primary Responsibility)
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Lead Ads for agency services
Structure high-intent instant forms with qualifying questions
Build and manage retargeting audiences:
Website visitors
Video viewers
Lead form openers / non-submitters
Test creatives, hooks, and messaging specifically for Amazon FBA sellers
Balance lead volume vs lead quality intelligently
2) Google Ads & YouTube Ads (Secondary)
Run Google Search Ads for high-intent service keywords (Amazon FBA services, PPC agency, listing optimization, etc.)
Use YouTube Ads to distribute authority content and warm audiences
Support Meta campaigns with cross-platform retargeting logic
3) LinkedIn Strategy (Not Heavy Execution)
Identify Amazon seller ICPs on LinkedIn
Advise on when LinkedIn Ads make sense vs Meta
Optionally run or assist with basic LinkedIn Lead Ads
Coordinate with freelancers if needed
4) Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
Ensure proper conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, basic GTM understanding)
Track CPL, lead quality signals, and funnel drop-offs
Share weekly performance reports with insights and next actions
Use sales feedback to refine targeting and qualification
What This Role Is NOT
To avoid confusion, this role does not include:
Email marketing (handled via freelancers)
SEO or content writing
Graphic design or video editing
Sales closing or client calls
Your job is Traffic + Leads, not closing.
Required Experience & Skills
2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Proven experience running Meta Lead Ads for services or agencies
Experience with Google Search Ads
Clear understanding of:
Lead qualification
Retargeting logic
Funnel optimization
Prior experience working in a marketing or performance agency
Able to explain results with logic, not buzzwords
Nice to Have (Bonus, Not Mandatory)
Experience marketing to Amazon FBA sellers
YouTube Ads or video-based funnels
LinkedIn Ads exposure
CRM or lead management tools experience
