Education:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or a relevant discipline from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements:

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
ERP/Oracle system knowledge will be an added advantage.
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in evening shift (04:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
Responsibilities & Context:
Place sales orders accurately in the Oracle/ERP system.
Process daily orders and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Update and track sales data in Google Sheets and Excel.
Provide system and order-related support to Sales Representatives (SR) and Area Sales Managers (ASM).
Follow up on pending orders, stock balance, and delivery status.
Maintain proper documentation and sales records.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
