  • Bangle & English Typing skill with good typing speed will be get an extra advantage.

  • Skill in Report Drafting, Presentation, Analytical Ability, Graphical Statistic making is required.

  • Academic qualification will be flexible for more experienced candidate, especially in Retail Food Products (FMCG).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Establishing the right communication among the sales force, management and other related parties

  • Reporting to management and higher-ups on lead and closure progress

  • Analyzing and finding market related problems, market share & coverage thorough market audit

  • Monitoring and tracking the field force according to their route plan and ensuring routine reports from them

  • Following up and analysis the national target of marketing and sales

  • Evaluating the KPI wise monthly performance of the M&S team, distributors, dealers, retailers and categorizing region/area/territory wise toppers as per the set criteria

  • Working closely with marketing and sales team to develop and activate marking support sales strategies by calculating

  • Monitor the Depot and factory sales inventory

  • Preparing daily sales report including ASM wise target, primary sales, secondary sales, achievement & distributor stock

  • Organizing Area wise field force meeting & discussion with ASM/RSM/TSM & SO to find the market problems and expected solutions

  • Maintaining field force leave, visit, plan & route plan & inform to the concerned authority

  • Collect field force attendance and checked then submit to the finance department

  • Collection field force TA/DA bill, check & summarize total bill & submitted to the finance department

  • Maintaining employee and distributors file

  • Monitoring and enabling the field force tracking system
