Responsibilities & Context:
Our modern factory operates a comprehensive one-stop production facility serving the Apparel Identification Solutions, Printing, and Packaging industries. We are looking for professional, dynamic, hardworking, intelligent, and self-motivated individuals to join Joint Venture Trims Company.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Communicate with buyers and customers regarding product offerings, quotations, and order status.
Prepare and send price quotations, cost sheets, and sales proposals as per customer requirements.
Follow up on inquiries, samples, approvals, and order confirmations to ensure timely conversion of sales.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, planning, and customer service teams to confirm feasibility, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Assist in negotiating prices, lead times, and commercial terms under the guidance of senior sales personnel.
Receive customer orders and ensure proper handover to Customer Service / ERP for order processing.
Monitor order progress and support customers with basic order-related updates when required.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, and inquiry logs in the ERP or CRM system.
Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with accounts and customer service teams to support healthy DSO.
Prepare sales reports, order summaries, and performance updates for management review.
Support marketing and business development activities, including buyer visits, meetings, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Assist in identifying market trends, customer needs, and potential new customers.
