Job Responsibilities

• Promote So A-ri’s aesthetic and beauty services through field visits to clinics, hospitals, gyms, schools, and corporate offices

• Clearly explain our services, including laser hair removal, pigmentation and melasma treatments, acne solutions, anti-aging programs, and skincare packages

• Generate new leads through fieldwork, networking, phone calls, referrals, and social media outreach

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to increased bookings and package sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, beauty professionals, influencers, and corporate partners

• Support marketing activities such as promotional campaigns, skin check-up camps, small events, and awareness programmes.

• Maintain proper follow-ups with potential and existing clients using CRM or lead management systems

• Observe competitors’ activities and market trends and provide feedback to management

• Provide accurate service information to clients during promotions, campaigns, and clinic events

Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience in sales, marketing, field promotion, or the beauty/aesthetics industry is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality

• Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets

• Basic knowledge of social media and CRM tools is a plus
