Job Context

So A-ri Aesthetics & Wellness Ltd is a premium women-focused aesthetic and wellness centre in Uttara. We are launching a structured, results-driven Weight Loss Management Program and are looking for a passionate Weight Loss Physiotherapist / Exercise Therapist who can help clients lose weight safely, improve body strength, and maintain long-term fitness through clinical exercise and rehabilitation.

This role is primarily focused on weight loss, fat reduction support, and body conditioning, not routine physiotherapy alone.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalised weight-loss exercise programs

• Conduct body movement, posture, and mobility assessments

• Help overweight and obese clients lose weight safely through guided exercise

• Manage knee, back, and joint pain to support uninterrupted weight-loss journeys

• Provide functional training, fat-burn workouts, and conditioning sessions

• Support post-partum and women-specific weight-loss programs

• Track client progress (weight, mobility, strength) and optimise plans

• Coordinate with doctors, nutrition plans, and aesthetic body-contouring services

• Motivate and educate clients for lifestyle-based weight management

• Maintain clinical records and follow So A-ri SOPs and hygiene standards

Educational Requirements

• BSc in Physiotherapy (Mandatory)

• Master’s degree (MPT) will be an advantage

Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in:

  • Weight loss programs

  • Exercise therapy / functional training

  • Rehabilitation or wellness clinics

Additional Requirements

• Strong interest in weight loss & body transformation

• Confident in handling overweight and female clients

• Energetic, motivational, and client-friendly personality

• Ability to work in a premium, women-only wellness environment
