Key Responsibilities

• Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments including PRP, mesotherapy, skin boosters, and laser-based procedures

• Conduct detailed skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans

• Supervise and guide aestheticians to ensure correct protocols and client safety

• Maintain accurate medical and treatment records in compliance with clinic policies and medical ethics

• Stay updated with new aesthetic technologies, skincare innovations, and best practices

• Participate in promotional, training, and brand-building activities

• Be camera-friendly and actively participate in live sessions, videos, and digital content for So A-ri

• Experience working in an Aesthetics Center

Additional Requirements

• Age between 28–40 years

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic or cosmetic dermatology

• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skincare science, and aesthetic procedures

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, families, and colleagues

• Strong emotional resilience, calm temperament, and ability to perform well under pressure

• Ability to work collaboratively and lead multidisciplinary teams when required

• Good problem-solving, diagnostic, and decision-making skills

• Strong organizational, time, and resource management abilities focused on patient care

• High focus on safety, hygiene, and ethical medical practice

• Well-groomed appearance with a consistent commitment to premium service standards

• Salary: Negotiable (Starting from BDT 40,000 based on experience)

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives after successful completion of 6 months’ probation
