Responsibilities & Context:
Multichannel Support: Professionally handle incoming queries across multiple platforms (WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Email, and Web Chat) with consistent tone and fast turnaround times.
Escalation Management: Handle patient grievances regarding delayed reports, booking errors, or billing discrepancies professionally, ensuring a swift resolution via internal coordination.
Follow-Up Management: Reach out to patients who recently received critical reports or completed procedures to collect feedback and facilitate doctor consultation bookings if needed.
Diagnostic Scheduling: Efficiently book appointments for complex imaging (MRI, CT scans) or specialized health check-up packages, ensuring optimal allocation of clinic time slots.
Corporate & Health Package Consultation: Guide individual or corporate clients through available health screening packages, explaining the value and cost-effectiveness of comprehensive check-ups.
Digital Payment Support: Assist patients who face technical issues while making online payments, booking deposits, or utilizing digital health insurance/corporate billing options.
