Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Support and Training:
Provide on-site and remote technical support for IVD instruments and reagents.·
Conduct customer training on instrument operation, maintenance, and application protocols
Customer Relationship Management:
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.·
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving application-related issues promptly.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IVD systems, reagents, and software.·
Liaise with service teams for complex issues requiring hardware support.
Product Demonstration and Implementation:
Assist sales teams with product demonstrations and technical discussions.·
Support new product installations and validate system performance on-site.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, troubleshooting activities, and training sessions.·
Provide feedback to R&D and product management teams for product improvement.
Marketing/Sales :
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to design software solutions.
Develop program specifications and implement prototypes where required.
Integrate individual modules into scalable system-level solutions.
Support system integration, build processes, and deployment activities.
Provide technical support and ensure timely resolution of production issues when required.
