Job Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital policies and procedures.

• Monitor patients' conditions and maintain proper nursing records.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the concerned physician.

• Assist doctors during patient examinations, procedures, and emergencies.

• Ensure proper communication and coordination with doctors, patients, attendants, and other departments.

• Supervise and guide junior nursing staff when required.

• Maintain infection prevention and control standards.

• Ensure proper handover of patients and responsibilities during shift changes.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Nursing Supervisor/Management.
