Flawless Femina Aesthetic Centre is seeking a passionate, skilled, and patient-focused Junior Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our growing medical team. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of senior consultants while providing high-quality dermatological and aesthetic treatments using modern technologies and evidence-based practices. Job Responsibilities
Consult and assess patients with skin, hair, and nail conditions, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Perform and assist with aesthetic dermatology procedures, including laser treatments, chemical peels, PRP therapy, micro needling, skin rejuvenation, acne scar treatment, and other non-surgical procedures according to competency.
Diagnose and manage common dermatological conditions following clinical guidelines.
Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and preventive skin care.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and follow-up documentation.
Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and medical ethics.
Collaborate with senior consultants and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up consultations to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Stay updated with the latest developments, technologies, and best practices in aesthetic dermatology through continuous professional development.
Participate in health awareness campaigns, promotional events, workshops, and training programs organized by the centre.
Maintain confidentiality and deliver exceptional patient service while upholding the organization's standards and reputation.
Perform any other clinical responsibilities assigned by the management within the scope of professional practice.
