Job Context

Clear Hearing Solutions is looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-oriented Marketing Executive to promote hearing aids and other medical devices. The selected candidate will work closely with doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals to expand the company's market presence and achieve business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote hearing aids and other medical devices to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business development.

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and field visits.

• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers.

• Participate in medical conferences, seminars, health camps, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Distribution team to ensure smooth product supply and customer service.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales & marketing reports to management.

• Maintain customer records and ensure regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in any discipline.

• Candidates from Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or Science backgrounds will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices will have an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Age: 20–30 years (Preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for field visits.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to prepare reports and maintain professional relationships with clients.
