- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding hearing tests, hearing aids, and related services
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers efficiently
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Handle client inquiries with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Assist the service and sales coordination team with daily communication tasks
