Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Identify and qualify potential clients through field visits, referrals, and market research. ⚠️
Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase Optilius solutions and close deals.
Tailor proposals and solutions to client needs through detailed analysis.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support.
🧩 Requirements
Strong strategic understanding of sales and business development.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to conduct outdoor client visits across Dhaka and nearby areas. ⚠️
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Modern tech literacy with a solid understanding of IT and software products. ⚠️
Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Gross monthly salary: BDT 15,000 + 5% sales incentive on monthly sales exceeding the minimum target.
