Position: Telesales & Telemarketing Intern

🎯 Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and articulate Telesales & Telemarketing Interns to join our on-site sales team in Dhaka. In this role, you will be at the front line of customer engagement—connecting with potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, persuasion, and relationship-building, and who want hands-on exposure in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Optilius products and services

  • Generate and qualify leads through telemarketing campaigns

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems

  • Build rapport with prospects and understand their business needs

  • Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and passing qualified leads

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and lead targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and improve conversion outcomes

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills in Bangla and English

  • Confidence in phone-based sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach

  • Interest in sales, business development, and client engagement

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset

  • Basic understanding of technology, IT services, or SME/startup ecosystems is an advantage

  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields is preferred (but not mandatory)

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
