🎯 Job Overview

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern position at Optilius. The intern will support business growth initiatives by assisting in lead generation, market research, client outreach, and partnership development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation, prospect qualification, and pipeline development activities

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities

  • Assist in client outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions in CRM systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and growth initiatives

  • Contribute to strategy discussions related to market entry, partnerships, and expansion


Qualifications

  • Basic to decent understanding of business development, sales, or IT-enabled solutions

  • Strong interest in market expansion, client acquisition, and strategic growth

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)

  • High level of self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with the technology, SME, or startup ecosystem is a plus

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Strong willingness to learn and build a long-term career in business development within the tech sector
