Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Telemarketing Intern based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The intern will be responsible for conducting telemarketing calls, identifying potential clients, gathering and documenting customer needs, and building strong client relationships. The role also includes supporting the internal teams by managing technology-based customer inquiries and assisting with troubleshooting basic issues.
Workplace: Work at the office (Bosila, Mohammadpur, Dhaka)
Employment Status: Internship (6 months)
Workday: Monday-Friday, Offday: Saturday & Sunday
Working Time: 10.00 AM - 6.00 PM
Qualifications:
Basic foundation in Information Technology
Basic Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn about IT telemarketing strategies
Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and collaborate within a team environment
Prior experience or understanding of telemarketing or sales operations is a plus
Recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements:
Strong verbal & Written communication skills in Bengali and English
Confidence in phone-based communication, sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach
Interest in sales, business development, and client engagement
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
