Experience:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Minimum BBA Graduate in Marketing Major from any reputed public/private university.

• An MBA in Marketing will be added an advantage.

Qualification Requirements:

• General Skill: Must be fluent in English, Sound MS Office knowledge, Good with using various software, team player.

• Specialized experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience related job.

Knowledge Required:

• Requires a comprehensive understanding of container terminal operations, especially vessel cargo logistics, hazardous cargo, break-bulk and special cargo handling requirements and equipment.

• Thoroughly familiar with the strict implementation of sales team

• Advanced computer skills with a sound understanding of modern terminal planning and control systems.

We are looking for a dynamic, diligent Marketing & Salesperson with sound Shipping knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales and marketing performance & development of the existing River Port business and the new business opportunity.

• Drive "Volume and Revenue” growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of the department as well as achieve revenue targets.

• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

• Forecast, analyze, and design appropriate sales & marketing plans for River Ports (including CFS & ICD Services), Warehouse (Including Bonded Warehouse), and Multi-Modal Transport (Road & Rail Services).

• Consult and plan strategically for all potential Customers in order to meet the best logistics solutions for their business needs in line with cost effectiveness, utmost productivity, flawless accuracy, and timeliness targets.

• Coordinate and cooperate with customer services team, operation team, and other relevant teams to achieve Customer Satisfaction.

• Direct, manage and optimize the full order cycle to meet customer satisfaction.

• Maintains interaction with with Agents, Consignees, Shipping Companies, Government Agencies and other stakeholders in the Maritime Industry on customer services related activities

• Salary: Depends on experience and decided upon negotiation
